Out for the Count Story Walkthrough

Here are all the tasks you need to achieve 100% on the Out for the Count story mission in order. Just remember that it is best to do them as you come across them to make the process much easier to track.

Minikit #1

In the beginning of the mission you will reach a laser wall while exploring the corridors of the ship. Here you will spot a few lasers that flucker, you have to jump through these gaps to reach a small stack of crates. In these crates you will locate the first minikit and the only minikit available in the Story Mode of Out for the Count.

True Jedi Rank

This is one of the easiest True Jedi ranks to achieve in the game. Mostly because it is a mission aimed to introduce you to the many mechanics of the game. To be safe and efficient just make sure to break every single object throughout the corridors. This should fill the entire bar even before you encounter Count Dooku.

Completing the Mission

After defeating Count Dooku, General Grievous confronts you as you free the Chancellor which will conclude this mission. From here your groupo will pursue him and continue the story of the game.

Now let’s take a look at the different Minikits and Chjallanges available on this level. We have also included a quick guide with each challenge to help you get through them quickly. It is important to note that these challenges and tasks are ordered as you would come across them in the game.

Challenge #1: Beep Boop Backup

Beep Boop Backup is the first of the three Out for the Count challenges we must complete. It is important to note you must do this in free play, look immediately to your left as the level begins to note a silver door. By using a Villain character to grenade it you will open it and access a new area, here you’ll see a turret droid and a Protocol Droid Terminal to the right. Using a Protocol Droid simply activate the turret droid at the terminal and complete this challenge.

Minikit #2

Immediately upon completing the first challenge you should see a button next to the Protocol Droid Terminal. After dealing with the combatants simply hit the container located on the left and pieces of a Minikit will fly out. Simply construct the Minikit and you have collected the second one.

Minikit #3

As you go through the level further you will see a Astromech Droid Terminal that stands out. It is located on the left as you pass through as set of doors. Here you must solve the puzzle and the doors will open to show you a hologram Minikit. To collect this Minikit you will have to swap to a Jedi/Dark Side character and use the Force. With it simply flip the 3 switches in the room to gain access to the Minikit in the corner.

Challenge #2: Civil War

The second of the three challenges in Out for the Count is Civil War. Following the third Minikit you will spot a silver LEGO object in one of the smaller briefing rooms. Swap to a Villain to grenade it and collect its debris to construct a pole. By doing this you unlock a set of doors where a Protocol Droid Terminal is located. Simply interact with the terminal and select a Droid to take control of a Droideka. With it move to the laser wall on your left, fend off any combatants, and finally head down the hall to complete the challenge.

Minikit #4

This Minikit is located in the same space as the second challenge and uses the same Protocol Droid Terminal. The only difference is that you should choose the Alarm option to trigger a quick cutscene. In this curscene a set of doors behind you will open to reveal a small room with a few Magnaguards protecting the Minikit. Just defeat them and collect the fourth Minikit.

Minikit #5

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

The last Minikit is located on a wall to the right of the Protocol Droid Terminal mentioned previously. At the far end of this hallway on your right, you should spot a sealed door a lightsaber character can cut through. By doing this you will find a statue of General Grievous on which you should use the Force. This will lift the four lightsabers and place them on the statue, which will in turn give you a hidden Minikit. Additionally, collecting all five Minikits will unlock the Jedi Itercepter, Micro.

Challenge #3: Wet Floor!

Finally, we have the last of the available Out for the Count challenges Wet Floor!. After you have collected all five Minikits approach the final turn toward Count Dooku’s chamber. Here a Droideka will come to fight you, right by a puddle of water on the floor. By swapping to a Scoundrel character, aim your gun at the right side wall which will eventually electrify the water and complete this challenge. With this, you have completed Out for the Count with the True Jedi Rank.
